Deeper Thinking, LLC was formed following her 17 years as a Regional Manager – leading a team of trusted advisors working with manufacturers to improve processes, workforce development, implement quality systems, develop new products and customers, expand and diversify markets, adopt new technology, and enhance value within supply chains. Prior work experience also includes eighteen years as an Operational Leader with fiber optic, electro-optic, and plastic manufacturers. Key contributor to the successful transformation of a company from a military supplier to a commercial business.
