MAGGIE WALENTY, CPIM, CSCP, The Fresh Connection

As an ASCM Recognized Instructor, I bring over 25 years of global supply chain leadership experience to my teaching. My career spans manufacturing, consumer products, life sciences, and biotech, with a focus on planning, inventory management, and procurement.
I am ASCM-certified as a CPIM and CSCP and hold The Fresh Connection Certification, a simulation-based program that brings real-world supply chain tradeoffs into the classroom. I currently serve on the Board of Directors for the ASCM Massachusetts Minuteman Chapter as Director of Education & Research.
My teaching philosophy emphasizes practical application, interactive learning, and strategic thinking. Whether instructing CPIM, CSCP, or other ASCM programs, my goal is to help professionals translate concepts into action and deliver meaningful results for their organizations.

Elaine Bryan, CPIM, CSCP

Elaine Bryan, CPIM, CSCP, is a supply chain and operations leader with extensive experience in customer experience, operational improvement, and change implementation. Her work centers on strengthening customer-centric supply chain practices by improving processes, aligning teams, and ensuring operations consistently deliver on customer expectations.
A passionate advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion, Elaine brings a global perspective shaped by her background in Brazil and her work across international environments. She is deeply committed to expanding access and representation within the supply chain profession and actively supports initiatives that empower underrepresented communities.
Elaine is known for translating intent into action — leading practical operational improvements that help organizations better understand customer needs, adopt new ways of working, and sustain change. She emphasizes clarity, fairness, and accountability as key drivers of both performance and engagement.

CHRIS MALOOF, CPIM-F, CSCP-F, CIRM, CSSBB, CMQ/OE, CQA, CQIA

Chris has over 25 years’ experience in Manufacturing and Operations. He is currently Vice President of Global Operation & Supply Chain @ Dynisco Viatran LLC, a Roper Technologies Company which is a global leader in applying high precision pressure, temperature, and viscosity technology solutions. Chris is currently a Director of Education for the Massachusetts Minuteman Chapter.
Prior to joining Dynisco, Chris was a VP of Operations at Leonard Valve Company, and before that he was the Vice President of Operations at the Double E Company, a leading provider of engineered and manufactured solutions to the web/converting industry. Double E Company has five manufacturing locations around the world. Chris has extensive contract manufacturing experience as he was Vice President/General Manager for ARCH Global Precision an American based manufacturing company, that services the medical, aerospace, and industrial market. Chris spent most of his career as a Vice President of Operations and Principle of HowesTemco Inc (now NN Inc), a Contract Manufacturer of Medical Device and Aerospace products. During his tenure at HowesTemco, the company grew business value over 227% and successful sold to a Private Equity group in 2011.
Chris also has experience in the consulting field. He was a Manager for Benchmarking Partners, a strategic advisement consulting firm and was a Senior Consultant in the Supply Chain Operation Improvement Group for KPMG Consulting.
Chris holds a Certification in Production and Inventory Management at the highest fellowship level (CPIM-F), is a Certified Supply Chain Professional at the highest fellowship level (CSCP-F), a Certification in Integrated Resource Management (CIRM), as well as a Certified ASCM/APICS IDP Instructor. He is a member of the American Society of Quality (ASQ), and has four of their certifications; Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence Certification (CMQ/OE), Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) and Certified Quality Improvement Associate (CQIA).
Chris earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and MBA from Providence College and has a Certificate in Advanced Graduate Studies (CAGS) in Operations and Technology Management from Bryant University.

Arthur Harvey, CPIM, CSCP, C.P.M., APICS Master Instructor
Arthur (Art) has been a member of APICS/ASCM since 1987, and is also a member of ISM. He has served APICS/ASCM as Vice President of Education for Southern NH, and is currently a Director of Education for the Massachusetts Minuteman (formerly North Shore) Chapter.
Art is ASCM/APICS certified as a CPIM (Certified Production and Inventory Control Manager), CSCP (Certified Professional in Supply Management), and ISM certified as a C.P.M. (Certified Purchasing Manager). He has been instructing certification review classes for both APICS/ASCM chapters since 1993 to the present, and is currently an APICS/ASCM recognized Master Instructor for APICS/ASCM Massachusetts Minuteman Chapter, teaching multiple supply chain APICS/ASCM topics including CPIM, Risk Management, and Supply Chain Contingency Planning. In addition, Art is a CPSM instructor.
Art has held various positions in purchasing & materials in the North Shore area, and is currently a Commodity Specialist at ZOLL Medical. He is also the principal owner of Rampart Development International, a consulting & education company.
