Rodney Bonds is a seasoned Supply Chain Executive with over 25 years of experience leading large-scale, multi-site distribution networks across grocery retail, food & beverage, CPG, and e-commerce.  He has delivered tens of millions in operational savings through network redesign, S&OP transformation, advanced inventory systems, and logistics optimization.  

As Managing Partner of Performance Logistics Consulting LLC, Rodney develops high-impact supply chain applications and proprietary optimization models that drive measurable efficiency and service-level gains. 

He holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Management, and is recognized for his strategic leadership, data-driven execution, and ability to elevate end-to-end supply chain performance.
