Mike Osterling is a coach, facilitator, speaker, instructor, and consultant, with more than 25 years of experience leading Lean transformations and performance improvement. He is the president of Osterling Consulting, Inc., an instructor at TKMG Academy, San Diego University, and a  past instructor at UC San Diego. He has a broad range of experience in industries such as:

• Manufacturing,

• Financial services,
• Construction,
• Technology,
• Healthcare.

In response to COVID-19, Mike has helped many organizations transition their training, coaching, problem-solving, and improvement activities – from the front lines to senior leadership – to remote formats. He is the author of multiple books, including Value Stream Mapping and The Kaizen Event Planner.
