Maggie helps organizations strengthen supply chain capability through clear processes, practical tools, and effective learning.  Her work focuses on building planning and operations systems that support reliable execution, long-horizon thinking, and strong cross-functional alignment.

In her corporate role, Maggie lead’s business process and systems initiatives in complex supply chain environments, translating strategy into scalable processes that improve decision-making and execution. She works closely with planning, materials, and operations teams, to bring clarity where complexity is high and to ensure systems support how work actually gets done.

Alongside her industry work, Maggie is an ASCM instructor, and serves as Director of Education & Research for the ASCM Massachusetts Minuteman Chapter. In this role, she designs and delivers ASCM learning experiences that help professionals build confidence in core supply chain concepts and apply them in real-world settings.  Her teaching emphasizes clear explanations, practical examples, and structured learning that works for diverse, global audiences.
