Karla Gates is Director of SIOP & Operations Services at ZOLL Medical Corporation, where she leads global teams across SIOP, Demand Planning, GOP, and PLM. With more than 25 years of experience in supply chain and operations, Karla has built and scaled planning organizations in highly regulated, global environments. She has led enterprise system implementations, including SAP and Oracle ERP, and is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Karla is known for translating complex planning concepts into practical, real-world decisions that drive execution, alignment, and long-term performance.
