Jim Zelem
Jim Zelem is a retired operations and leadership executive with decades of hands-on experience, leading teams through change across manufacturing, operations, and complex organizational environments. Over his career, he has held senior leadership roles including as a Vice President of Operations, where he worked directly with frontline teams and leaders to improve performance, build trust, and move organizations beyond constant firefighting.
