Elena Richards

Elena is an experienced supply chain and transformation professional with more than 20 years of international experience in supply chain management, digital transformation and capability development.

She has worked in global organisations including GSK, where she held several leadership roles within major supply chain transformation programmes, leading cross-functional workstreams covering process design, capability development and knowledge transfer, and supporting the implementation of new operating models and advanced planning technology.

Elena is passionate about the people side of transformation and believes that sustainable change happens when people have the skills, confidence and support to embrace new ways of working. Throughout her career, she has designed and delivered learning and capability programmes for supply chain professionals worldwide.

She enjoys helping people learn, grow and build the skills and confidence they need to take the next step in their careers.
