Derek Aranda is a global supply chain and strategy executive with 20+ years of experience across operations, commercial sales, strategy, and digital innovation. He has held leadership roles in the U.S., U.K., and Singapore, most recently as General Manager in Shell’s Global Lubricants Supply Chain Center of Excellence. In parallel, Derek leads two ventures: Itarala, a Belize-focused digital platform empowering local businesses, and Supply ChAInge, an executive podcast exploring AI-led transformation. He serves on the board of the Houston ASCM chapter and is known for aligning supply chain capabilities with business strategy to drive growth, resilience, and measurable impact.
