Arthur (Art) has been a member of APICS/ASCM since 1987, and is also a member of ISM.  He has served APICS/ASCM as Vice President of Education for Southern NH, and is currently a Director of Education for the Massachusetts Minuteman (formerly North Shore) Chapter as well. 

Art is ASCM/APICS certified as a CPIM (Certified Production and Inventory Control Manager), CSCP (Certified Professional in Supply Management), and ISM certified as a C.P.M. (Certified Purchasing Manager). He has been instructing certification review classes for both APICS/ASCM chapters since 1993 to the present, and is currently an APICS/ASCM recognized Master Instructor for APICS/ASCM Massachusetts Minuteman Chapter, teaching multiple supply chain APICS/ASCM topics including CPIM, Risk Management, and Supply Chain Contingency Planning.  In addition, Art is a CPSM instructor.

Art has held various positions in purchasing & materials in the North Shore area, and is currently a Commodity Specialist at ZOLL Medical.  He is also the principal owner of Rampart Development International, a security consulting and protective services company.
